Hey ya’ll! I am back! I guess you could say I took a little summer sabbatical.
So, now fall is here! Or the season of the pumpkin as I like to think of it!
Pumpkin Pie Spice Smoothie
1/2 can of pureed organic pumpkin
One super ripe banana
1/2 cup of coconut milk
A dash of agave
A sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon and nutmeg if you don’t have pumpkin pie spice on hand)
3 ice cubes
This smoothie was good, but it wasn’t the pumpkin smoothie that I’ll be preparing during these cooler months, so stay tuned as I search and create the perfect pumpkin smoothie.
Smoothie tip: Pureed pumpkin is best when frozen, but don’t freeze it in the can!
